2008 Fall Sale

The Fall 2008 Sale will be held on three consecutive long weekends in October:

  • Saturday, October 11 - Monday, October 13
  • Saturday, October 18 - Monday, October 20
  • Saturday, October 25 - Tuesday, October 28
The hours of the Sale are 10am-8pm, except on the first day (Saturday, October 11, 8am-8pm) and the last day (Tuesday, October 28, noon-8pm).

There are two days for special groups:

  • Wednesday, October 22 - Senior Citizens/People with Disabilities Day, 10am - 2pm
  • Wednesday, October 29 - Not-For-Profit Day, 3pm - 6pm

Collector's Corner

Collector’s Corner is a special room that houses books, records, video sets, DVD sets, textbooks published in 2007 or 2008, and other items that need to be priced individually. This may include first editions, books signed by the author, and other high quality items.

Items are priced based on their value and condition. Prices are reduced after the first weekend on a percentage basis.

Since the room is relatively small, we limit the number of customers to seven at one time. Items purchased in Collector’s Corner must be purchased before leaving the room.

Senior Citizens/Persons With Disabilities Day

At each sale, we designate one day for those over the age of 60 or with physical disabilities to shop when the sale is officially closed. The day set aside is Wednesday, October 22 from 10am to 2pm. Anyone making a purchase will receive one book of their choice for free. Collector’s Corner is not open on this day.

Not-for-Profit Day

Once the sale is over, we make unsold items available to non-profit organizations. This event will be held on Wednesday, October 29 from 3pm to 6pm. To attend you must provide a letter on your organization’s letterhead stating that you are getting items for the organization. Home schoolers and teachers may also select materials with proper identification.

Adults only, please.
